Natalie Benway-Correll
Natalie is a licensed psychotherapist, committed social justice advocate and curious empath. Since 2006, she has been a mental health clinician in Iowa City, Iowa integrating trauma informed yoga, mindfullness and somatic modalities into her work with clients and groups.
Her commitment to supporting individual and community wellness has been a consistent thread throughout her career from co creating the Race, Privilege and Power Conference at the University of Iowa to teaching mindfulness, meditation, and addiction recovery skills to parents in Family Treatment Court and Survivors of sexual violence at the VA.

Natalie completed The Reflective Horse® Mastery Program in California in 2022.
She is grateful to integrate her training as a holistic psychotherapist with equine-guided empowerment and being with horses.
Natalie led her first Equine Guided Empowerment® retreat at Freedom Reigns Equine Sanctuary in San Juan Bautista, California in Spring of 2023 and has since shared the power of horses with her clients in Iowa.
