Lauren Rohs began her journey with horses at the age of eight by buying an old Appaloosa mare from the classified ads. After many years of trauma therapy, life led her back to horses and in 2021 she completed The Reflective Horse® Mastery with Cassandra Ogier. Through the grounding and reflection of the horses, Lauren has found a sense of healing and freedom that has changed her life. She hopes to share and open the door for other women to integrate their presence, voice, and freedom through the reflection and safety of horses.

Lauren lives in New York City where she works as an actress, writer, and Patsy Rodenburg Associate. She specializes in Patsy’s presence, voice, and text technique. Off the stage you can find her walking her two rescue golden retrievers, Eleanor and Mae West, through the West Village
