Christina was raised alongside horses, though the depth of their relationship wasn’t illuminated until she reconnected with them as an adult. They have truly been divine stewards, ushering her tender heart through numerous portals of transition. Her return to horses was ultimately a return to herself... restoring her sense of kinship with all of Life. 

Her journey through TRH Mastery became a deeper invitation to relearn what it means to be in connection - with her Self, others and Nature. To move beyond the intellect and feel connected through her senses. Empowering her to reclaim her sovereignty, liberating her from limiting mindsets and renewing her reverence for Life - allowing her to feel safe in her body, stand rooted in her power, express herself authentically, and be led by her inner knowing.

Christina is devoted to transmuting her own grief and trauma into medicine and embodying the wisdom of Nature-based teachings. It is her greatest heart's call to serve as a beacon of remembrance - to hold space for others as they reconnect with their mind, body and spirit. Led by Equus was born from her desire to share the healing wisdom of horses - an alchemical antidote for a world riddled in disconnection. Hoping to create a ripple effect of harmony... for each individual and our collective as a whole, in human and more-than-human form.
