Free-roaming horses require us to be present. Their free will and authentic curiosity to know who and where we are at, is essential to their harmony as a herd. When we step into our own grounded empowerment, attuned to our self and our expanded energetic field, we become part of the herd in balanced regulation.
A true reflection of our authentic selves is increasingly hard to find in these times of distraction and disassociation. Horses bring us home to our intuitive nature, they validate that place within us, where we remember who we are and can reset into that truth and carry it with us back into the world.
