At The Reflective Horse, we offer an experience beyond the cognitive, providing a space for embodied self-reflection through the clear, unbiased eyes of a horse. We see horses as spiritual mentors or Masters, guiding us to live a more present and expansive life with ease and harmony. Free-roaming horses offer us the opportunity to reflect on how we view ourselves and give us a glimpse of life beyond our conditioned responses. The possibility of a life lived in freedom and connection.
PROGRAMS
The Reflective Horse® offers a unique set of programs bringing horses and humans together to build leadership and communication skills in addition to growing self-awareness, confidence, and a deep connection with the natural world. Each program is the culmination of the extensive personal and professional experience Cassandra Ogier brings to The Reflective Horse®, a lifetime of fine-tuning her experience with the natural grace and openness of horses as facilitators on each person’s unique journey in search of their authentic selves.
