Taren Maroun is a trauma-informed intuitive guide and breathwork facilitator, trained in somatic therapy, located in Northern California. She is a woman of Lebanese and Celtic descent and her ancestry guides, informs, and supports her work. Using a mix of modalities including shadow work, shamanic tools, somatic exploration, and transpersonal psychology Taren focuses on creating safe spaces for people to come back into relationship with their whole selves— body, mind, and spirit.

Taren has worked with horses for the majority of her life, both professionally and personally. In 2021 she completed The Reflective Horse® Mastery program, where the experience of learning to be with horses (and thus with herself) completely changed her life. It was here that Taren found true connection through autonomy and choice. And, the power of offering that to others— horses and humans alike.

Since then, Taren has assisted Cassandra in facilitating the 2022 & 2023 TRH Mastery Programs and launched a Trauma-informed Equine Guided program alongside TRH graduates Laura Miller and Lauren Rohs.
